S-chanf – On 29 August 2026, guests meet at Restaurant Prasüras for a guided mushroom foraging and identification experience. The whole family can take part in collecting, tasting, and then preparing a shared lunch over an open fire.

Surrounded by the quiet green expanses of Val Fex, the sunny terrace of the vegetarian restaurant Chesa Pool serves lovingly prepared dishes decorated with herbs and edible flowers from the garden right next door. Across the Engadin, many other vegetarian restaurants offer creative and inspired cuisine.
