Pilates gets the body moving, strengthens the core, and sharpens awareness of posture and movement. Mindful exercises, controlled movements, and targeted strength training meet the calm and expanse of the Engadin. The Pilates weekends in Pontresina and Sils combine active training in the fresh mountain air with plenty of time to rest and recharge.

Exercise in the fresh air, surrounded by the natural beauty of the Engadin: the four Vitaparcours combine gentle endurance training with mindful moments outdoors. The routes lead along rushing streams, through fragrant Swiss pine forests, and past tranquil moorland landscapes. Whether short and easy-going or longer and more demanding, there is a trail to help everyone to bring body and mind into balance.
Sometimes it's the simple encounters that do us the most good. At "Mini Geiss, dini Geiss" ("my goat, your goat"), movement in nature, mindful slowing down, and encounters with animals combine into a unique experience. Whether trekking with the goats, visiting them in the pasture, or practising yoga accompanied by cheerful bleating, spending time with these curious four-legged companions invites you to enjoy the moment and recharge your energy.

Serve, react, focus: tennis gets the whole body moving while demanding concentration and coordination at the same time. Tennis lessons with Olivier Moly put technique, movement, and focus centre stage. This makes for active training that helps build strength, skill, and body awareness.
Those who enjoy training in a group but do not necessarily want to join a club will feel at home at the MAUN.TEN St. Moritz running meet-up. It takes place every Thursday at 6 pm at the athletics track in St. Moritz. Sessions last about an hour and no registration is required.
Additional trail meet-ups are available in Samedan and Maloja
Finding calm, meditating, and recharging in the fresh mountain air is easy on the wooden yoga platforms in the Staz Forest. They are located along the Vitaparcours route and are best reached on foot.

If you want to immerse yourself in the beauty of the Engadin mountains, the best way to do so is on a hiking trip lasting several days.
