Take a deep breath – four tips for restorative breaks in the Engadin
Attend a concert
Brassweek in Samedan is a celebration of breath, endurance, and the power of brass music. For one week, brass ensembles and Engadin air come into harmony. The Engadin also offers many other concerts - many of them held in the open air.

Try forest bathing
Listen to your own breath and, step by step, sink into the silence of the Engadin nature. Along the «Senda botanica» between Cinuos-chel and Chapella, a narrow path winds past more than 30 species of trees and shrubs. With a bit of luck - and quiet movement - you may even spot local wildlife.
Pause on reading benches
In the La Plaiv region, five benches called «Lö da Ler» invite visitors to read and linger in nature. Each bench is accompanied by a small wooden hut with books. Sit down, take in the view, breathe in the fresh mountain air, immerse yourself in stories, and let everyday life fade away.
