The Olympic ice pavilion from 1905 is an architectural monument of St. Moritz sports history. Renovated and expanded in 2017 by star architect and St. Moritz friend Lord Norman Foster, it houses not only the richly illustrated sports history, but also a restaurant with sun terrace and a bar with a superb cocktail selection and an eclectic selection of over 70 types of gin.
