Bookings made via the direct reservation system are subject to the booking terms and conditions set out by e-domizil AG. All other contractual matters are to be agreed upon directly with the landlord, in writing.
Engadin Tourismus AG acts as an intermediary in booking accommodation on behalf of and for the account of the current owner or his representative, and declines all responsibility whatsoever with regard to the fulfillment of the rental agreement. Guests are advised to take out cancellation insurance.
