Since the 17th century, the historic mountain inn has invited travelers to enjoy the Alps - visually and on a culinary level in the form of modern Engadin cuisine with fresh regional ingredients: Plättli, Graubünden barley soup, and Pizzocheri delight the palate just as much as a homemade Engadin nusstorte/nut cake or an apple strudel.
