Away from the crowds you will find these three popular excursion destinations: the Es-cha SAC mountain hut, the Alp Arpiglia and the Alp Es-cha Dadour.
It is the counterpart to the Via Engiadina - the Inn Cycle Route. It runs for over 520 kilometers from Maloja to Passau in Germany. The section in the Engadine, along the Inn, is a dream and the ride through Zuoz is a highlight, because the townscape is simply incomparable.

The Engadin Golf Club is the oldest golf club in Switzerland. If you play golf in the Engadin, you will be doing so in the cradle of Swiss golf and in a unique landscape. Not to mention that the balls fly further here than anywhere else - give it a try. The 18-hole course in Zuoz-Madulain was opened in 2003 and offers exciting and varied holes for every level. Family golf is where children can make their first attempts at golf and there are even times when your four-legged companion is allowed on the course.
At the activity park at the Sur En restaurant, parents can relax while the little ones let off steam on the bouncy castle and try their first attempts at riding over various obstacles on the bike skills course, improving their riding technique and balance. Drops, banked turns and small jumps are learned here from a young age.

The inline skating route from La Punt Chamues-ch to S-chanf is 8.6 kilometres long, mostly flat, away from motorised traffic and embedded in a magnificent backdrop.
The sports shops along the route offer equipment rental as well as courses under expert guidance in inline skating and roller skiing.

Sample freshly roasted coffee and the finest Engadine baked goods and learn all about the history of coffee. In particular, how the coffee bean came to Zuoz and what role the Engadine and Poschiavo people played in this.
The Engadin Outdoor Center's family rafting tours take you down different rivers, depending on the water level. You can either paddle down the white-water Flaz river or choose the Inn river around Zernez at the entrance to the Swiss National Park.
Both options offer phenomenal scenery and fun for young and old. You will pass smaller rapids, swim and enjoy water slides. Back at the rafting base in Zuoz, you can enjoy a cold drink, a warm shower or look at the photos of the tour.

It is no surprise that trail running is becoming increasingly popular. The experience of running through forests on uneven paths promises a great deal of joy and adventure. Leaving the paved roads offers an optimal opportunity to exercise both the body and the mind. While running on natural paths, concentration is further stimulated by skillfully avoiding rocks and tree roots. There are various trail running routes available in the Zuoz area to choose from.

The Apiglia route leads from the Engadin Arena in Resgia up towards Munt Seja at 2445 m above sea level to the mountain lake Lej da Prastinaun and over the Alp Arpiglia back to the starting point. As a section of the Engadin Ultra Trail, this route is excellent for preparing for one of the races that take place in mid-July.
