1. Madulain: Fireplace at the ruins of Guardaval

The fireplace next to the ruins in Madulain is a real insider tip. A pleasant 20-minute walk leads from Madulain train station to the fireplace. Once you reach the top, you will have a wonderful view of the surrounding landscape - the sausage tastes even better.

2. Zuoz: Fire pit at the Arpiglia Bach waterfall

From the Resgia car park in Zuoz, the path takes you along the Arpiglia stream for ten minutes to the fireplace. At the quiet fireplace, families and outdoor enthusiasts can enjoy the wide view over the valley and Zuoz.

3. La Punt: Funtauna Naira fire pit

A small, secluded fire pit in the beautiful Val Chamuera right next to the fresh mountain stream. If you're lucky, you can watch the bearded vultures while lying in the grass looking up at the sky.

The fireplace on the Sass Queder (3066 m above sea level) is a special highlight, and not just because of its height. From here you have a unique view of the breathtaking Engadin mountain landscape. A path leads from the Diavolezza mountain station to the highest barbecue area in Europe. The climb takes around 30 minutes.
