The so-called virtual tourist information with personal video consultation is being tested and implemented at the Bever location in the waiting room at the train station. The virtual tourist information enables a personal conversation via video consultation with a local tourist advisor. This significantly extends the service hours of the locations while maintaining the usual quality of advice.

Opening Hours The virtual tourist information is open daily from 8:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and 2:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.

- You step in front of the screen,
- touch the screen,
- wait a moment until an advisor is available,
- ask your desired questions
- and receive expert advice.
- At the end of the video consultation, you will be asked for an assessment.
