Banca Popolare di Sondrio (SUISSE)

The Banca Popolare di Sondrio, a cooperative joint-stock company, was founded in Sondrio in 1871. In 1991 it opened a representative office in Lugano. In 1995, the Banca Popolare di Sondrio (SUISSE) SA was founded - a bank under Swiss law that is wholly owned by the parent company.
