Vinera is the joint project of Tomi & Lisa, born from the desire to experience wine as we understand it: personal, authentic, and full of character. After many years in the wine world, we decided to forge our own path – a path shaped by passion, experience, and genuine curiosity. Our special connection lies with Burgundy, the Bündner Herrschaft region, and Piedmont. These are regions whose wines touch us, inspire us, and have accompanied us for years. Their diversity, depth, and distinctive character also define Vinera's identity. Our journey officially began with the opening in winter 2025. Our selection is intentionally small – not out of limitation, but out of conviction. Every bottle is carefully chosen and reflects our philosophy: quality arises from the details, from dialogue, and from relationships that are allowed to grow.
