Geronimi La Curuna Comestibles
Geronimi La Curuna Comestibles is a traditional shop that has been supplying high-quality fish, crustaceans, poultry, game and delicatessen in St. Moritz since 1924. At the same time, various smoked specialities are produced in the store’s salmon smokehouse, which is the highest smokehouse in Europe.
The company’s activities are focused on the procurement, preparation and sale of high-quality food products. At Geronimi, gourmets will find a wide selection of whole fish, fish fillets, lobster and seafood that are delivered fresh several times a week. Live or cooked lobster can be ordered from the company’s own lobster tank.
The traiteur department prepares in-house specialities, such as lobster salad, salmon tartare, terrines or pâtés. Sushi, appetizer platters or canapés are prepared to order to take away.
