The Green Bistrot

THE GREEN BISTROT opens in December at the Gallaria Sonne in Silvaplana and stands for conscious enjoyment, quality, and sustainability. The bistro offers organic, vegetarian, and vegan cuisine and places particular emphasis on high-quality ingredients and responsible food handling. The concept is based on the standards of Bio Suisse and also aims to be certified with the Bio Cuisine label. THE GREEN BISTROT shares the same philosophy that has been practiced for several years in the organic food business in St. Moritz. With the new bistro, Silvaplana will have a year-round meeting place for everyone who values conscious, sustainable, and enjoyable food.
