Located directly between St. Moritz and Maloja, on the Silvaplana surfer's bay, is the Pappalou. This Engadine summer beach bar combines music, a beach atmosphere, and a large sun terrace with views of the lake and Corvatsch mountain, inviting guests to relax.
The kitchen is open all day, offering a diverse selection of modern dishes. Mornings begin with the popular Surfer Breakfast, featuring options like a Pacific Bowl, Surfers Muesli, or fluffy pancakes.
For lunch and dinner, the menu includes burgers, steaks and spare ribs from the charcoal grill, steak sandwiches, Gypsy skewers, fresh salad bowls, pasta dishes, and the Campfire Curry. All dishes are freshly prepared and available for takeout.
