Claudia Canessa cooks at her own restaurant, Amaru. The name is inspired by Amaru, the two-headed, mythical giant serpent of the Incas. The menu features street food-inspired dishes rooted in Peruvian tradition. Flavours range from pleasantly mild to aromatically spicy, distinguished by Canessa's exceptional signature style, which she has perfected. The setting for an unforgettable dinner is provided by interiors designed by British artist Luke Edward Hall.
