Homemade yogurt
After a hike in the Fex Valley, you will be well catered for with drinks and simple dishes such as cold platters, homemade cakes, apple strudel, etc. Particularly popular are the homemade fresh yogurt, homemade cream cheese with tomato & basil, and of course the Kaiserschmarrn.
The Fex Valley is only accessible on foot, by bike, or by horse-drawn carriage. Alp da Segl is about a 15-minute walk from Hotel Fex (Fex Curtins) or a 90-minute hike from Sils Maria.

The "Cheva Plattas da Fex" quarry is located nearby and can be explored on an adventure trail whenever the paths are clear of snow. Guided tours are offered every Wednesday from mid-June to mid-October; registration is available at the Sils Tourist Information Office.
