Discount for locals
Locals who purchase an annual ticket for the Upper Engadin mountain railways are loyal regular customers – in both summer and winter. Some municipalities in the Upper Engadin reward this loyalty by covering part of the cost of the mountain railway subscription.
The reduction for the PIZcard 365 in your municipality of residence will be granted automatically when you select your primary residence during the booking process.

Pandemic protection
You are covered in the event of a mandatory closure of all Engadin St. Moritz Mountain Pool (ESMP) transport facilities ordered by the authorities. The refund (partial refund) of the purchase price of annual subscriptions will be made in the form of a voucher that can be redeemed when you purchase an ESMP ticket or subscription at a later date. Further provisions of the ‘Special Pandemic Regulation’ can be found in the GTC under point 2.4.1.

Refund in case of illness or accident
A refund in case of illness or accident is governed by the GTC of the Engadin St. Moritz Mountain Pool (ESMP).
