Ferdinand Hodler, Cuno Amiet, Alberto Giacometti, Wilhelm F. Burger, Friedrich Nietzsche and above all Giovanni Segantini, who even made the Engadin his adopted home, are associated with the Engadin. One of the most extensive collections of Segantini's works can be seen today in the Segantini Museum in St. Moritz. In addition, more than 20 other museums shape the Engadin cultural landscape.
