Ice path Madulain - Zuoz

Arguably the most beautiful ice skating trail in the Engadine leads from Madulain through a magnificent floodplain landscape along the banks of the Inn River to Zuoz. The interplay of light on the river, the view of the historic village center, and the tranquility of the valley accompany skaters along the 2.5-kilometer trail. Access is possible both in Pundschermaun, opposite the Resgia Zuoz, and at the Engadin River Ranch in Madulain. Parking is available in Pundschermaun and at the Madulain depot. Open daily, weather permitting, until approximately the end of February. Our tip: The Engadin River Ranch Lounge offers delicious homemade cakes and hot drinks around the clock on a self-service basis.
