Ice Stupa Diavolezza
An ice stupa is built at the Diavolezza valley station every winter to highlight the importance of sustainable water resources. Ice stupas are used in the Himalayan region to store meltwater. The water freezes on a wooden structure that is built in the shape of a cone.
An Ice Stupa was erected here at the Diavolezza valley station for the 6th time in a row to highlight the importance of sustainable water resources.
