Guided tour Chesa Planta museum

The Museum of Domestic Culture was built in 1595 by the von Salis family as a stately patrician house.

To this day, it is considered the Upper Engadin's cultural center and a haven of Romansh culture. The building, the largest private residence in the region and an impressive example of an Engadin aristocratic residence, houses an important Romanesque library and the Museum of Home Decor.
