A special concert experience with the "Trio Surpraisa"

This concert experience is special simply because three exceptionally talented musicians have come together to form the "Trio Surpraisa." Yet, at first glance, it's a surprising combination. We all know and appreciate Bettina Boller, Domenic Janett, and Flurin Caviezel in other formats, but this is their first time performing as a trio at the Waldhaus Sils. The program itself is also unique: classical music meets folk music; tango (Astor Piazzolla) follows film music (Nino Rota); an Adagio (Mozart) is performed on the accordion for once, and the virtuosic concert piece "Scene de Ballet" (Charles-Auguste de Bériot) demands everything from the violin and violinist. The program also includes original compositions, such as the well-known mazurka "La Tschiaindra" by Domenic Janett, a tribute to his hometown of Tschlin. Flurin Caviezel, as always, guides the audience through the evening with wit and humor.
