My name is Trix and I am a trained Yin Yoga teacher. To my many endurance sports of mountain biking, running, cross-country skiing and ski touring, the Yin Yoga practice is an optimal balance. Health, nutrition & wellness are an essential part of my life. Yin Yoga is a very calm and meditative practice. Our fasciae are kept permanently on their toes and maintain their elasticity. Injuries and discomfort are prevented and your body regenerates much faster when injured. The strength of your muscles becomes more effective and a kind of rebound effect is created, which makes more explosive movements possible. Stress is reduced, the nervous system is calmed and regenerated.
