In addition to classics such as the Engadin nut cake, pear bread or our infamous covered apple pie with cinnamon, we also serve homemade foie gras and a selection of homemade jam made from fresh fruit. We also bake fresh bread, rolls and various croissants every day. We have special breads such as pure spelt wholemeal bread and on weekends and holidays we also have our metre-long butter plaits. We also have a wide range of savoury and sweet products in our daily assortment.
