But that doesn't satisfy us, so instead, we've combined traditional Swiss cuisine to create new taste experiences and culinary creations, which we are pleased to serve to you in the restaurant and on the beautifully located sun terrace. Our chef de cuisine has a high appreciation for fresh and high-quality ingredients from the region.
A special highlight is the wine selection, which includes a wide choice of local white and red wines. If you haven't had a chance to try Swiss wine yourself until now, then your palate is in for a treat.
