As always with Madame Sum, the Dim Sum 2.0 is the focus. On the menu - dumplings filled with Pork Belly, which is cooked 24 hours sous-vide and refined with mint - "an unusual combination that surprises and lasts for a long time". Sea bass with a butter-lemon sauce, various vegetable fillings such as the combination of shiitake mushrooms and chestnuts. Served with it, side dishes, created especially for this Pop-Up, which are accompanied by cool beats.
