The Olympic Ice Pavilion from 1905 is an architectural monument of St. Moritz sports history. Renovated and expanded in 2017 by star architect and St. Moritz friend Lord Norman Foster, it houses, in addition to the richly illustrated sports history a restaurant with a sun terrace and a bar with a superb selection of cocktails and a a varied selection of over 70 types of gin. Behind the bar counter works Andrea Paci, the winner of the Como Lake Cocktail Week.
