Castell’s cuisine is greatly influenced by the alpine region, complemented by mediterranean influences and little nods to places all around the world. Our chef Helmut Leitner comes from the Italian region of South Tyrol. His cooking is simple and honest, using just a few ingredients with flavours that work in perfect harmony with each other. Typical regional and seasonal products are also included on the menu, making sure that the whole family is happy.
The Art Nouveau hall of the Hotel Castell is a stucco dream, making every dinner a truly special experience.
