By participating in the Outdoor Experience Engadin, the participant agrees to the conditions of participation.
The participant acknowledges the organiser's exclusion of liability for damages of any kind.

All persons over the age of 18 are eligible to participate.

The participant undertakes to use and wear the clothing and equipment provided by the partners Adidas Terrex, Five Ten and Indiana during the event.

The participant must behave responsibly and is responsible for his/her own safety and the safety of other participants in the vicinity.

The Organising Committee of the Outdoor Experience Engadin accepts no liability towards all participants for any damage caused or attributable to participants or auxiliary persons. The Organising Committee of the Outdoor Experience Engadin also declines any liability for slight negligence. Insurance cover against accidents and liability is the responsibility of each individual participant.

With the signature of the participating person, he/she irrevocably transfers the right to utilise the resulting images and/or films to the photographers/filmmakers, to Engadin Tourism and all partners of the Outdoor Experience Engadin for their purposes, without restriction in terms of space or time.
The right includes use in print media, on television, via all distribution channels, on the Internet, in newsletters, on posters and product packaging for the purpose of advertising the holiday region, its goods or services, irrespective of whether these purposes or services were already known when the contract was concluded. The right of use also includes digitisation and electronic image processing, such as retouching or montage, as well as transfer to CD, DVD and other storage media in the interests of the holiday region and its service partners. The participant agrees that he/she has no rights to the recording material and that all rights to the recording material are transferred exclusively to the photographers/filmmakers, their legal successors, Engadin Tourism and all partners of the Outdoor Experience Engadin.
