Open Doors Engadin - Chesa Gregori

Open Doors Engadin - Chesa Gregori

The Chesa Gregori, built in 1551, has been renovated and is to be made accessible for art and culture.

The Chesa Gregori, built in 1551 as a representative residential building in Zuoz, is an important witness to a typical Engadine house of the 16th century. In the course of its more than 400-year history, the internal structure has been rebuilt and changed several times, but the original design can still be easily understood today. The Chesa Gregori has now been carefully upgraded and renovated and supplemented by sensitive interventions in the house and garden. The historic house with its impressive barn section will be made accessible for art installations and cultural events in the future.
