On this mindfulness walk we will do different exercises that will help you to get deeper and deeper into the experience. So that the often annoying and unnecessary thoughts can come to rest. Mediations, yoga, partner exercises, the sound and movement exercise or mindful awareness while walking will help you to do this. So that you can relax and recuperate more and more, while you are back to yourself. And the powerful nature here, supports you in this.
