On these days, the first chairs drive up to the alp from 08.00 a.m. or you can come on foot.
We meet at 7.55 a.m. in Pontresina at the Languard chairlift valley station.
Out on the alp, you will absorb the silence and vastness of this wonderful place with gentle relaxation, mindfulness exercises and meditation. There is nothing to do but simply be present with what is right now...
If you feel like it, you can enjoy a hearty alpine breakfast or a morning coffee on Alp Languard afterwards.
Costs: offered by Pontresina Tourism (excl. chairlift ride) / Groups on request (offer from Pontresina Tourism)
Bring along: suitable, warm clothing, good footwear, possibly a blanket blanket (mats are available!)
The event only takes place in good weather.
No previous knowledge is necessary.
Insurance is the responsibility of the participants!
