Lecture Jewelry in the 19th century. Accompanying program of the special exhibition "From the drop hood to the whetstone quiver".

Goldsmith Rudolf Maag from Sils will explain how goldsmiths worked in the 19th century and explain the most common jewelry techniques with examples: gemstone barrel techniques, filigree and canetile techniques, foam gold, enamel, pietra-dura, micromosaic, piqué work with tortoiseshell, jewelry with (human) hair and more.
