The picturesque Engadine mountain scenery, cute goats, peace and quiet and time to start a journey to yourself with this unique nature and animal experience. Amusement and serenity guaranteed.
This relaxing and energising animal yoga experience with an experienced yoga teacher and curious and affectionate goat kids takes place in the fascinating natural surroundings of Zuoz and St. Moritz. By learning physical exercises and breathing techniques, peace and serenity in everyday life become possible. Goats have a calming effect and can help
to savour the moment or to conjure up a laugh or two. Peace, muse, relaxation and joie de vivre guaranteed. Previous experience is an advantage, but not a prerequisite, neither in yoga nor in handling the goats. The little flock of goats, with a total of four big boys and three teens, were rescued from the butcher by Nicole Buess. They are quite funny, special and unique.
