Botany hike in the Fex Valley with Remo Vetter

The Val Fex in the Upper Engadine is one of the region's most beautiful alpine flower paradises: alpine roses, gentians, lobelia, edelweiss, and numerous mountain herbs adorn the sunny slopes. This hike leads into this tranquil high valley, combining a nature experience with a leisurely stroll. The comfortable circular hike starts at Hotel Waldhaus and ends at Hotel Fex. The route follows well-maintained paths with gentle ascents and descents, covers approximately 500 meters of elevation gain, and takes about 4 hours. It requires no alpine skills but a good level of fitness. The hike is weather-dependent. Meet at 10:00 AM in front of Hotel Waldhaus. Registration is required by 3:00 PM the day before.
