Inline skating

Unique twice over: the official routes in the Engadin offer the ultimate skating experience.

One covers a 5,1 km circuit around Samedan airport, the other follows a 8.6 km path from La Punt to S-chanf – and thanks to their easy route without any noteworthy uphill or downhill stretches, both are well suited to inline-skating enthusiasts of all levels.

The two official inline-skating routes, set amidst breath-taking Alpine scenery, offer prime conditions both for speed skaters and for families and less ambitious inline aficionados. Furthermore, they also enjoy an excellent reputation as high-altitude training tracks for roller ski athletes. Changing rooms and shower facilities are available at the Sur En Centre in Zuoz.

Please follow the Inline Skating Rules

  • Skate on the right
  • Skate at your own pace

  • Don't overestimate your ability

Important: Inline skaters are not deemed to be pedestrians; therefore they do not have right of way on public roads.
