The Morteratsch Alpine cheese dairy caters to guests from mid-June to end of October from 9am to 5pm daily. As a special treat, experience cheese-making as it happens right in front of your eyes. Traditional show cheese-making generally starts at 9.30am and 1.30pm. Suitable for small children as much as fully-fledged connoisseurs of cheese. Be amazed, get involved and simply enjoy the culinary trip.
And don’t forget the ample Alpine brunch served daily from Tuesday to Sunday between 9.30am and 11.30am (not available Mondays). Bookings are accepted until 5pm the day before.
